Supportive Hands

Women's Health

Our focus on women’s health reflects a commitment to addressing the unique physical, emotional, and life-stage needs women experience throughout their lives. From preventive care and reproductive health to mental wellness and hormonal changes, women often face health concerns that require specialized, compassionate, and coordinated care. By centering women’s health, we strive to create a safe, supportive space that empowers women to prioritize their well-being, make informed decisions, and receive care that honors the whole person—not just symptoms.

Perimenopausal Care

Perimenopausal care focuses on the evaluation and management of hormonal fluctuations and symptoms occurring during the transition to menopause. It includes assessment of menstrual irregularities, vasomotor symptoms, mood and sleep changes, and metabolic or bone health concerns, with individualized treatment plans that may involve hormonal or nonhormonal therapies, lifestyle guidance, and preventive care.

Menopausal Care

Menopausal care is a clinical service focused on the evaluation and management of the hormonal and physiological changes associated with menopause. It includes assessment and treatment of vasomotor symptoms, genitourinary syndrome of menopause, mood and sleep disturbances, and bone health, with care plans that may involve hormone therapy, nonhormonal treatments, lifestyle counseling, and preventive health screening.

Hormone Replacement Therapy

Hormone replacement therapy (HRT) is a medical treatment that supplements or replaces endogenous hormones—most commonly estrogen, progesterone, and/or testosterone—to alleviate symptoms caused by hormonal deficiency or decline. It is most frequently used in menopausal or postmenopausal individuals to manage vasomotor symptoms, urogenital atrophy, and prevent bone loss, and may also be indicated in hypogonadism or certain endocrine disorders. HRT can be administered orally, transdermally, or injectably, with regimen selection individualized based on patient characteristics, risks, and treatment goals.

GLP-1

Glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) is an incretin hormone secreted by intestinal L-cells in response to nutrient intake. It enhances glucose-dependent insulin secretion, suppresses glucagon release, delays gastric emptying, and promotes satiety. Clinically, GLP-1 receptor agonists are used to manage type 2 diabetes mellitus and obesity, improving glycemic control and supporting weight reduction.

GYN Services

Our gynecological services include comprehensive care for the female reproductive system across the lifespan. Services typically include preventive care and screenings (such as pelvic exams, Pap smears, and STI testing), contraceptive counseling and management, menstrual and hormonal disorder evaluation, menopause care, fertility and preconception counseling, and diagnosis and treatment of gynecologic conditions, including infections, pelvic pain, and abnormal bleeding.

Family Planning

We provide birth control services, which include counseling, prescriptions, and management of contraceptive methods to help patients prevent or plan pregnancy. Services typically include education on available options, initiation and follow-up of hormonal and non-hormonal contraception (such as pills, patches, injections, IUDs, and implants), emergency contraception, and ongoing monitoring to ensure safety, effectiveness, and patient satisfaction.
