Behavioral Health

Our behavioral health providers offer virtual, in-person, and hybrid appointments so you can choose the format that feels most comfortable, convenient, and supportive for you. This flexibility makes it easier to stay consistent with therapy, even when life gets busy or circumstances change. Having options means your care can adapt to your needs, helping you stay on track toward your goals without added stress

Our clinicians draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches—including CBT, DBT, Narrative Therapy, IFS, ACT, and somatic and expressive methods—so your treatment can be tailored to what resonates most with you. This integrative approach allows us to adapt to your goals, personality, and experiences rather than using a one-size-fits-all method. Having multiple options means we can find the tools that truly help you feel understood, supported, and empowered in your healing process.

Couples Therapy

Couples therapy provides a supportive, structured space for partners to strengthen communication, deepen understanding, and navigate challenges together. Whether you are facing conflict, life transitions, trust concerns, or emotional distance, therapy offers tools to help you move forward as a team. Couples therapy is not about assigning blame, it is about fostering clarity, compassion, and collaboration. Sessions are guided with care and neutrality, ensuring both individuals feel heard.

Imago Relationship Therapy - Offered by certified therapist, Kate Robinson LICSW

Imago Relationship Therapy is a practice of couples counseling that teaches partners how to increase connection in their relationship and decrease communication problems. Imago gets to the root of issues and views conflict as “growth trying to happen.” Couples grow closer and resolve historical hurts. The Imago Dialogue process guides communication from a safe place so that partners learn to listen, hear, better understand, and experience mutual compassion with one another. It is possible to learn new tools to improve your relationship.

Group Therapy for Adults

Our group therapy services provide a supportive, therapist-guided space where individuals can find connection, develop new skills, and move forward with a reNewed sense of self. Groups are designed to address a range of needs, including seasonal affective disorder, the grief and loss process, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills development, and co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.

Through structured discussion, evidence-based interventions, and shared experiences, participants gain practical coping tools while benefiting from the insight and encouragement of others facing similar challenges or working towards similar goals.

We also offer couples groups that foster communication, rebuild trust, and strengthen partnership through guided exercises and collaborative dialogue.

All groups are facilitated in a respectful, nonjudgmental environment where each person’s experience is valued. Our group therapy services are designed to help you feel understood, empowered, and connected.

Dual Diagnosis

We provide specialized dual diagnosis treatment for individuals facing both mental health challenges and substance use disorders. Our integrated approach addresses co-occurring conditions together because healing is most effective when the whole person is supported.

When individuals have achieved initial stability in their substance use recovery, we provide integrated therapy that supports both mental health and sustained sobriety.

At our practice, you’ll find a safe, supportive environment free from stigma, stereotypes, or judgment. We believe recovery is possible for everyone. Your healing starts here, with understanding, dignity, and hope.
