Deb Jezard, BSN, RN, COO, is a Registered Nurse and Chief Operating Officer of reNew You Health and Wellness, where she plays a central role in advancing high-quality, patient-centered women’s healthcare. With a strong clinical background and extensive operational leadership experience, she bridges compassionate care with strategic oversight to ensure efficient, accessible, and evidence-based services.

Kelly Santiago, LICSW
Kelly has over 10 years of experience in outpatient behavioral health and working with justice-involved populations. She brings a compassionate, client-centered, and holistic approach to therapy, integrating modalities such as CBT, DBT, narrative therapy, and psychoanalytic theory. Kelly is deeply committed to culturally responsive care that honors each client’s unique background and identity.

Kellie Carlton
With over 20 years of experience across a wide range of office environments and roles, Kellie brings deep expertise in administrative operations, organizational leadership, and IT support. She plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations while supporting both staff and patients with professionalism, discretion, and compassion. When she isn't working she enjoys spending time with family and her two cats, Pete and Ruth.

Physician
Dr. Jeffrey Davies, DO
After graduating from the University of Lowell in 1981 with a degree in chemical engineering, Dr. Davies went to Tulane University in New Orleans where he received a master’s degree in biomedical engineering. Dr. Davies then spent the next 13 years working in the Orthopedic Biomechanics Laboratory at Mass General Hospital conducting research on hip and knee replacements. At the age of 37, with the support of his wife (even though they had 3 small children at home) he started medical school at the University Of New England College Of Osteopathic Medicine in Maine. After graduating he completed his internship and residency in Family Medicine at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center. Dr. Davies is certified by the American Board of Family Physicians. He has worked in private practice and community health centers.

Women's Health Nurse Practitioner
Sherry Solchenberger, WHNP-BC
Sherry is a NCC board-certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP-BC) who earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Regis College. She offers a holistic, patient-centered approach to care, integrating evidence-based medicine with non-pharmacologic strategies to optimize overall wellness. Sherry is deeply committed to informed consent and collaborative decision-making, empowering patients to reconnect with their bodies and remain actively engaged in their healthcare. She is open to emerging and innovative treatment options and is dedicated to ongoing learning to thoughtfully support her patients’ evolving needs. Known for her attentive listening and supportive presence, she partners with patients to honor their values, preferences, and individual choices in medical treatment.

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
Matthew Dacey, PMHNP-BC
Matthew Dacey, PMHNP-BC is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner providing outpatient mental health care for adults. He takes a collaborative, patient-centered approach to treatment, combining evidence-based medication management with education and supportive care. Matt strives to create a respectful, nonjudgmental space where patients feel comfortable discussing their concerns and working toward improved mental wellness. Outside of clinical work, Matt values balance, personal growth, and meaningful connection. He brings a calm, grounded, and thoughtful approach to care, with a genuine interest in helping patients feel heard, supported, and empowered in their treatment.

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
Huong Madrigal, PMHNP
Huong Madrigal is a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with experience in psychopharmacology. She earned her undergraduate nursing degree at UMass Boston, her Master’s degree at Boston College, and her Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP) from UMass Boston. She is board-certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). Huong is passionate about working collaboratively with you and your mental health care team to support you on your journey.

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
Donna Davis, PMHNP-BC
Donna Davis, is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). With over 25 years clinical practice in psychiatric nursing, her experience ranges from child and adult inpatient care, community mental health crisis stabilization, substance abuse and correctional psychiatry. Donna would describe her style as transparent, engaging and supportive toward achieving emotional and behavioral wellness.
Donna enjoys architectural salvaging, hiking, and spending time with friends and family.

Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker
Kate Willow Robinson, LICSW
An inclusive ally, Kate welcomes clients with diverse identities and supports you to build practical tools, improve relationships, and clarify goals in a safe space where compassion and a touch of humor help you feel seen, heard, and valued. Her holistic approach incorporates spirituality (traditional faiths, Buddhist, agnostic, atheist, nature-based, witch practices) and theoretical lenses from IFS, ACT, CBT, Imago, somatic and expressive therapies (sand tray, tarot, and SoulCollage®). Kate earned her MSW at Bridgewater and CAGS from Boston University and UMASS Medical School.

Alison Perry, LICSW
Alison Perry is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with over 16 years of experience supporting adults with concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, and relationship challenges. She brings a broad background in mental health care and is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive space for clients from all walks of life. Trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, Alison offers a compassionate, holistic approach that fosters self-awareness, healing, and resilience.

Licensed Mental Health Counselor
Andrea Howe, LMHC
Andrea is a Licensed Mental Health Clinician (LMHC) in the state of Massachusetts with over 18 years of practice. She has experience working in long-term and short-term therapy, as well as crisis management. She has participated in training focused on trauma, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. Finding ways to cope with life stressors and manage mental illness symptoms can be challenging, but Andrea believes it is possible with the right support and skills.

Rebecca Smith, LMHC
Rebecca Smith is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Renew You Health and Wellness who joined the practice in January 2026. She has extensive experience providing individual and group therapy, focusing on depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, substance abuse, adjustment challenges, emotional regulation and mood instability. Rebecca utilizes a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach to help clients develop effective coping skills, supportive lasting recovery, emotional well-being, and meaningful, lasting change.

Kendra Brooks, BSN, RN
Kendra is a registered nurse with 30 years of clinical and leadership expertise. She supports our team of mental health and women’s health providers with her strong clinical judgment skills and commitment to safe compassionate care. She also brings a strong passion for functional medicine-based IV therapies and infusion services, blending advanced IV skills with a modern, wellness-focused approach. Dedicated to providing safe, personalized, and results-driven care that supports long-term health and optimal well-being.

Julie Fernberg, MA
Julie is a Registered Medical Assistant with 14 years of experience. She has experience with patients ranging from infants to geriatrics. She enjoys interacting with her patients and helping to make their experiences as stress free as possible. When she isn't working she enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and other extended family members.
